As demands from stakeholders to improve corporate governance increases, SHI seeks to secure transparency for sustainability management strategies and execution by disclosing the Board Skills Matrix (BSM).

The BSM is an effective tool for visualizing the competencies of BoD members as well as identifying the balance of BoD composition.

We aim to improve understanding and reliability in SHI`s sustainability management from the perspectives of various stakeholders by disclosing competency information including the human diversity, focusing on the expertise of each member.

SHI will continue to spare no efforts in strengthening the governance system for the board of directors to promote balance and sustainable management of the BoD, centering on transparent governance.
